I say it over and over "I'm going to star today" but I never start I have had the INSANITY for a month now and just cant get myself up to do it! When I do get up and do it I feel great and so proud of myself for doing it, but just can not keep it up! Any one with this problem how can I get myself going and keep myself going!

I would suggest taking a minute before you get started again to find the real reason why you are getting in shape. Don't go with the old stand by "because I need to get heathly" Find a real tangable reason for the change. In my case it is my daughter. When she was less than a year old I was 265 lbs and didn't want to get up and play with her. Fast forward now she is three and I am 145 lbs and love playing with her. The idea of playing softball with her, walking her down the isle, and chasing boys away as she got older stayed in my mind and I always went back to it when things got hard or I thought I was going to fall off the wagon. I have to say having a physical something I could go back to in my mind is what kept me on board to getting healthy.

Hope that helps,
Justin

Totally agree with what's above. Why do you really want to get in shape? Have you thought about it? Have you written it down? If you have no clear goals or underlying reasons for doing it you're much less likely to stick with it. But when you're focused on what you want to accomplish and truly commit to doing it, then you will be able to stick with the workouts and nutrition.

You have to want it and you have to be willing to put yourself in the right mindset to be prepared to go after it. This stuff works, but there is no magical elixir. Create new habits that include MAKING the time to workout, not finding the time to workout.

Put the disk in. Exercise hard. Eat well. Rinse. Repeat. emoticon

Good luck!

That's what I'm talking about! Now keep doing it. You know you can. Believe it and you will do it. Find a group of people to help keep you motivated. There are threads here. I've been chatting with others in a different thread to keep me going in my workouts. Let me know if you are interested in it and I'll send you the link. The person running the thread, not me, is active and helpful.
