1. Are there any foot stretches that I can do to help minimize the burning I have when I do INSANITY? It isn't just during the warm up; it's through the whole program. It gets so bad I have to stop many times. I have tried rolling my foot over a tennis ball and I have tried massaging them, neither works very well.
2. Are there any good types of cross trainers for flat feet? This could tie in with number one...I have athletic shoes with sport insoles and they don't seem to be cutting it.
