I love Turbo Fire and have been working out with it since September. Before that it was TurboJam. I was rear-ended last Tuesday. My chiropractor said that no plyo or jumping at all. Need to keep it completely low impact. He suggested something like ChaLean Extreme. or yoga. I am really disappointed and trying to stay positive. Can anyone give me some suggestions. I was thinking I could follow Allee (?sp) in the videos, but I'm not supposed to do the kicks either. Breathing deeply here, any suggestions? Thanks in advance! emoticon

Hi Kristin,

So sorry about your accident. It 's so frustrating when you have an injury. I'm recently recovered from another chronic ankle sprain and I'm finishing up Insanity. Regarding kicks, you could always try doing forward and side step taps instead of kicks, and maintain a lower squat position if your chiro is okay with that. Switch some moves to wider steps where you can. Hope this helps!

Sorry to hear about your accident! I can only imagine now disappointing that is for you! I'm a fellow TurboFire Addict! BUT I would listen to the suggestions, if you really can't do TF right now.. CLX wouldn't be so bad! You'd still get Chalene and get amazing positivity and motivation emoticon I know it's not the same, but if you don't get the same satisfaction with TF doing it low impact, why not try CLX? You may end up really enjoying it.. In the mean time building up some nice muscles in order to kill TF when you're able to again ;)
