Problem with breakthrough bleeding/spotting since I started Slim in 6
I have been doing the Slim in 6 Series for almost 3 weeks and starting to see some results in my measurements, but not my weight. I'm a 42 yr old female, 5'3", about 152 lbs. My main concern is that I've had breakthrough bleeding/spotting for the past 10 days. I'm also feeling more tired than usual. Is this a common issue? Before I started Slim & 6, I was exercising on my treadmill and following a Zumba program for 6 months, but was frustrated with no weight loss. I wasn't having this problem then, I've always been very regular so I was just wondering if working out harder is causing this. I am determined to continue the complete series, but I'm getting frustrated with the constant bleeding. Any suggestions?

I would go see/call your OB/GYN.

I am not a doctor, but I have never seen this happen directly because of working out - especially since you had been exercising before this.

You are probably more tired because of the blood loss. Irregularity can happen with changes in diet or increased stress. Or it could just be a natural hormonal change in your body.

Thanks for the reply. I may give it a little more time since I've heard that irregularity can occur with change of diet and exercise. I'm not sure how long to expect this to go on though. If it goes on much longer I guess I should talk to my Doctor. Thanks again!
