hi am new to p90x and 17 and am in my 3week and i just cant lose belly fat i really need help to lose my belly fat qick any suggestions?

Hi Christopher,

First and unfortunately, we usually see the belly fat leave us last. This of course depends on how much fat we need to lose elsewhere. What I can say is that nutrition is very key in losing belly fat. You must eat the right foods, eat clean, and be consistent 7 days per week. With that said, are you following the nutrition plan that is included with your P90X?
