Hi Everyone!
I've been doing p90x for about a month and a half. Unfortunately I can't do it every day but I do get in at least three workouts a week. There is also one week a month when I can't work out at all.

However, I just finished day 17 and I've seen some results. I'm definitely stronger than I was when I started. I could hardly do any push ups and now I can do several!

I haven't lost any weight but I don't really watch what I eat. I'm struggling with that right now because I have always been able to eat whatever I want and I think it's finally catching up with me...I'm not as young as I used to be.
Anyway, I'm wondering if I will really benefit from the program even though I cannot work out every day. Does anyone else have experience with having to do every other day? I used to exercise all the time until I had my daughter two years ago and have found myself wanting to spend more time with her and less time at the gym. So, I'm hoping to still see some results even though I can't commit every day. Do you all do the workouts every day? If you miss a day, do you pick up where you left off? Just looking for a little advice, motivation, and peer support.
