did you order from beachbody? if so im sure they will get that copy out to you before you start your next week. i would replace your plyo cardio circuit in the mean time with cardio power and resisitance, i understand you dont want to do it too much, but its the closest to the plyo workout. so try to fill it with that one, if you get bored of it i would also try to replace it with core cardio and balance. this workout will get you sweating but not tire you out too badly (its usually used as recovery week or occasionally on month 2). also if your interested in joining a challenge thread while in your insanity journey. i made one a 2 days ago and we would love to have you.
