Geesh...I've only done the fit test and day 1 and I can barely walk!! LOL!! Is it my age (42), gender (female), and shape (round -- haha!) or is it just this INSANE??? WoWzAs...I'll literally have to roll out of the bed in the morning...does rolling count as exercise???

Wallerbear!

SURE rolling is great!! Way to go for just starting this journey!! And don't be too dismayed, I have friends who did the fit test and ended it with their heads in the toilet b/c they were either going to puke or pass out. Stick with it, do your best, take breaks as needed, and before long you will notice yourself getting stronger each time you do a workout.

Great job my friend,

from a fellow 42 year old female, who was a lot rounder before Insanity!! emoticon

Today is day 2! Monday I had a protein shake post workout. Yesterday I had chicken (yes, for breakfast...love it!)...today will probably be a protein shake again. Getting ready to push play!

How did Day 2 go? Post-workout, make sure to get more carbs with your protein. It will help with soreness. Feel free to message me with any questions!

It took me a while to get moving, literally, because my muscles were (are) so sore and tight but it got easier as we moved along. I wasn't able to do quite as much as I did yesterday as far as leg movements, but I tried to push even harder with my upper body (push ups -- and I can't do them but I tried my best).

Post workout I had a protein shake and a short time later I had a whole wheat bagel and a boiled egg.

Is anyone familiar with the blood type diet(Dr. Peter D'Amado)? Our training officer at work mentioned it to me this morning. (I work for a local police department in a civilian capacity.) My blood type is B+ and apparently I shouldn't eat chicken...or wheat...and quite a few other items that I eat regularly such as peanuts/peanutbutter, shrimp, corn, wild rice, avocado (I don't eat avocado plain but love guacamole). I am so confused...
