X Jumps = Groin Pain
X Jumps = Groin Pain
asylum groin pain

I've been doing the Asylum Aolume two and I'm on week 3 but almost all last week the x jumps would cause a strain in my groin, and it did during sudden death yesterday. Am I spreading my legs out too much? Has anyone else felt this as well? Any help is much appreciated!

Unless you go into a full split in midair, I do not think the pain comes from the X-jumps. It is possible that you aggravated the groin muscles during a different workout or you overstretched during warmup but only feel pain during the x-jumps because that motion isolates those muscles. Try to just do power jumps instead for a while and see if that helps.
Well, you posted two weeks ago, so my answer may be a bit too late. Did the pain go away? Do you still have issues? Let me know.
