That can't figure out Teambeachbody.com? All I want to do is log my workouts. Yikes! I feel like an idiot.

Have you added the programs you use to your profile? If not, simply click on My Dashboard and then chose Programs. You can auto schedule the workouts (I'm not sure how to do that) or add them each day by clicking on the Workouts tab and then Schedule a Workout.

It took me a few tries to get it down. It's not the most user friendly thing in the world.

I think I got it today. Will try it the same way tomorrow and hope for the best! LOL! Learning new workout...learning new web site...yikes! I'm learning!
