Recovery Week...good or bad idea?
I am taking an entire week off from working out and LMP. I have been working out since the beginning of this year and have only taken a wweek off when I was sick. Is this a good idea? I feel like my muscles should recover and I can start fresh next week.

if you want to, it's fine. beachbody recommends taking a week off between programs.

if you want, you could do the flow/yoga/stretching if you feel you want to do something during the rest week

I would recommend taking a week off. You will find that you will probably come back stronger than before you took a break! It also gives you an opportunity to enjoy some of your gains! Think of it as a week vacation, we all need those every once in a while.
