Repeat Insanity Month 2

Does anyone just repeat month 2 of Insanity after completing the whole program? Thats what Im doing. Month 1 seems less productive after making it through month 2. I also just finished P90x program after doing Insanity first. Im in week 2 of Insanity month 2 and find it alot more tolorable than when I first started month 2 of Insanity.

No reason not too. Many of us do an Insanity P90X hybrid because it meets more of our needs than just Insanity.

I would actually suggest going back to month 1 if you're only going to do Insanity again for a couple reasons. First, it's not good to keep repeating the same workouts over and over for that long. Your body gets used to the moves and you start to see diminishing returns from your workouts. Variety is good. Second, you can push yourself harder through month 1 now and get more out of those workouts.

So I would say go back to month 1, you can still get an awesome workout doing those if you push yourself.
