Tomorrow will be day 60 for my Insanity Challegenge!! Yay, almost done! I'm doing another round, but I don't know whento start. Meaning, do I take a break or go straight into it? If I'm to wait, then how long should I wait to begin again? Please help! =)
congragulations. take another recovery week like you did after month 1. dont just take a weeks rest because youve worked for the results, breaks are very un-motivating. plus your now going from month 2 back to month 1 so youll be fine with just a recovery week. i would also mix a day of cardio or max recovery into the week just to get a good stretch in. keep at it. dig deep.
