Help me throughout my 90 days Workout
Hello,

My name is Angie. Today is my 3rd day in P90x/Turbo Fire Hybrid workout. I want to lose 30 lbs by the end of those 90 days as my husband and I wanna get pregnant by next spring, and I can't be pregnant weighing 166 lbs. I have never been an overweight person, I used to be a synchronized swimmer but as my college years passed, I started to gain more weight till it was time for my wedding, I lost almost 30 lbs thanks to P90x and Insanity. Since I got married and moved away to another country, I gained all that weight and more emoticon I feel less confident and disappointed in myself, and It is affecting my marriage and work. I need to do this for my present and future. So I will be posting here my progress and I would appreciate your support.

You can do it Angelica. You know you can because you have done it before. Keep pushing play and watch those calories and your nutritional balance. Don't beat yourself up if you fall down. Get back up. Keep in mind you don't want it to be just a phase, but a lifestyle change. It isn't easy. If it was, everybody would be doing it. Good luck!

Hang in there and you will do it, I have lost 120 lbs since deciding to get fit and the two things that really help me was keeping the reason why in my mind when things got hard, and focusing on the little victories that add up to the end result. Check out CoachCBove's thread, she is a great motivator and can help you get there.

Awwwwe! I love that you are thinking ahead for your sanity and healthy pregnancy. It helps so much to be healthy before "growing" a baby - because it puts a lot of stress on your body- so starting off strong is the way to go! :-)

I understand completely about the weight gain and it affecting outlook. Hard to be all lovey-dovey with the husband when you feel disappointed in things.

The exciting and encouraging thing is you HAVE done this before an were successful! So you CAN do it again. =-) There are a ton of awesome threads on teambeachbody and a plethora of coaches and groups for motivation.

When are you starting? Have you talked with your coach yet? You should speak with him/her and get some guidance as well as get in their group and stay accountable and motivated.

If you want to come be a Cheetah then we'd be happy to have you too emoticon[Edited by CSBB5]

How did your workout go? Which one did you do? Be careful of overtraining. Feel free to message me with any questions! I find tracking helps me stay in track and not give in to temptation.

Here is an update: I finished my first 30 days of p90x/turbo fire Hybrid routine, and I dropped down from 166 to 160.2 lbs. I feel amazing, I workout longer and do more reps each time.

Take a look at my 1st month hybrid routine schedule:

Day1 Core synergistics/ARX
Day2 Fire 45 EZ Class/ stretch 10
Day3 Shoulders and Arms/ ARX + Fire 30/Sculpt 30
Day4 Yoga X + Fire 30
Day5 Legs and Back/ARX + Tone 30
Day6 Kenpo X + Fire 55 EZ
Day7 Rest

Congrats on your results so far! How are you finding having double weight workouts? (day 3, Day 5). That would be my only major concern.
