Les Mills Body Combat

Hi. I am currently doing Les Mills Pump and I absolutely love it. I am not getting the best benefits because i am not eating as well as i should be; however, to start Combat I would like to get the best benefits especially because I wanna look great and finally (maybe) get some abs for when my boyfriend gets back from deployment in April. Any ideas on what my nutrition should look like? Do you need me to tell you what I eat daily now? Please help!
P.S. i don't like veggies =(

The obvious first questionis have you read and followed the nutrition guide that comes with Les Mills Pump? Because exercise is only part of the equation and, when it comes to to the washboard abs you want, very little of the equation. But that nutrition guide is a good start. No use us reinventing the wheel if you haven't already done that.

I have kind of the same problem as the girl that would love abs. I'm reading about the 7 day metabolic jump start plan. I was doing Insanity and lifting about 3-4 days a week for a couple of months and not eating exactly right. The past couple weeks, I am upping my workouts to about 5-6 days with Les Mills combat and lifting 3. When I was eating about 1500 calories a day, I started having migraine like headaches. I was told I need to eat more calories. Will I have to up my calories to 1500 for the 7 day jump start instead of the 1200?

It's impossible to give you advice about your calorie levels without knowing at least age, height, weight.
