Hi friends!
I have a question about the proper way to do pigeon pose. I always thought you were supposed to sit as upright as possible, but my husband said you are supposed to lean forward. This is my favorite stretch and I do it often, so I want to make sure I am doing it properly.
In this pic I am leaning forward a bit as my husband suggested. What is the proper form? (btw, I am 4 1/2 months pregnant, so excuse the baby belly! ) :-)
