I would say the first 3 weeks are seriously the hardest. My legs felt SO heavy and I just felt pretty fatigued. But I was also pushing my body through something it's never had to do before. By week 3 it all just kicked in and I was on fire. Getting and taking the Results and Recovery formula helped A TON too. I really craved it after a workout with Shaun T. The last month is beast mode for sure, but you get stronger and able to do it - so don't give up! The days will go by anyway, can't stop that from happening - might as well do something productive and awesome during the time! Just think, 60 days from now you'd wish you started then. It goes by quickly!
Also, make some goals! Why did you want to start in the first place? What are you hoping to achieve? You need to get with your coach bud and into a group!! Surrounding yourself with motivating people really helps me go everyday =-) You can always come join the Cheetahs with me ;-) They're a pretty cool group of peeps and have quite the fire of becoming accomplished shinning bright.~ hehe

Smile though, and plan ahead. You got this! =-) Make it a routine - like brushing your teeth or showering. You just do it.
