Hey, I started P90X Sunday night for the second time. I got through that as well as the first time I tried it. Then, I got through 1/2 of Plyo...barely. I pulled my triceps in both arms Tuesday at work, now they're feeling better, but I didn't do anything the past two days. Do I start over, or pick up where I left off?

Hi,

Sorry to hear you pulled your triceps but glad you are feeling better. Since you just started I would start over, unless you feel that would discourage you. From your wording above it sounds like you didnt make it through a full round of P90X the first time? Remember in the beginning none of us kept up with those on the screen and when necessary modify your moves, hit pause or take breaks.

We want you to be successful and stick with it. I just finished my 2nd round of P90X. it was tough, but way worth it.
