Hello everyone. I have done two rounds of Insanity and I lost about 25 pounds. But I have no idea what program I should do now, I do not want to do P90X yet. I want to lose about 20 more pounds. So should I do TurboFire? Les Mills Combat? Les Mills Pump? Insanity: The Asylum? Body Beast?

Hi Yamii06! emoticon

Congrats!! Your rocked Insanity! emoticon I recommend a more cardio based program for more weight loss. You will also build lean muscle. Its also depends on what you like. Of these programs what interests you? Alsyum is a great sequel to Insanity and then many hybrid it. It has both cardio and some weight training. TF is awesome and it totally cardio based. You WILL burn some serious calories. Combat has not come out yet, but Les Mills PUMP program itself is really great. I would be happy to discuss more with you and your goals. The best program is the the one you stick with! emoticon

Cheers,
Christina
