Hello all!
My name is Breanna. I'm a sophomore in college and have really been procrastinating about working out for the past two years.
I used to have a pretty intense gym class everyday in high school and ever since then I guess you could say I've been 'slacking off' and putting on that lovely freshmen 15. I haven't been working out in the past couple of months but I did run for a little while during the summer. I guess I'm a bit behind the ball, but I do want to try something challenging to make me feel better about myself.
I'm 5'9" and 140 pounds.

I received Insanity as a gift almost a six months ago and didn't muster up the courage to even try it until today. I thought I was going to flat out fail and that prevented me from trying to achieve my goals.
I did the fit test a couple of hours ago and here are my results:
Switch Kicks: 78
Power Jacks: 36
Power Knees: 74
Power Jumps: 22
Globe Jumps: 10
Suicide Jumps: 13
Push-up Jacks: 8 (I'm honestly surprised I even got this far. I've got the upper body strength of a hamster.)
Low Plank Obliques: 46

After the fit test, I was shaking like a chihuahua for a couple of minutes.
I'm not too sore [yet] and you all will probably hear about it tomorrow!

Insanity is great and intense. Here ate some good generl tips. Don't get caught up trying to keep up with the poeple on the screen, they have 6-pack abs and 6% body fat and they need breaks. Just do YOUR best, take breaks when you need to, and you will, modify any moves you have to and just keep pushing play.

Good job! Keep up the work! If you are like me, you'll end up being addicted to the Insanity workouts. That sore feeling you have afterwards is a constant reminder of how hard you worked is a great feeling of accomplishment. I saw great results with Insanity and was able to get a 6 pack that I've always wanted. Like Coach Larry said, do your best and don't worry about them on the screen. Compared to other workout programs, the people in the videos take much more breaks and sweat a ton and get exhausted so nobody is perfect.
