insanity month 2 first round of insanity

Today half way during my workout I started having extremely bad chest pains (to the point that I had to stop). My heart was beating so fast and I started to get light headed. This has happened to me once before (when I first started Insanity, I'm now on day 47). Do you guys think it's happening again because I've been eating unhealthy for the past few days? Because after the first time I started eating healthy and I was fine until today (I've been eating unhealthy for about 4 days now). What do you guys think? I need some advice!

Hey there!

Great job committing to Insanity so far! I know that it is a rough, but fun journey to go with! Now when you say unhealthy, would you be able to give us some examples, what does your preworkout meal look like if you have one? And are you drinking enough water during the workout?

This can be a number of things. But honestly if its something we find out isn't nutrition based I HIGHLY recommend going in to talk with your doctor. You can never be too careful!

Hello,
I used to eat a banana, some almonds before my workout. But recently I've been eating junk (chips, cookies, nachos) for about 4 days now. I only drink water but I have to say I haven't been drinking nearly as much as I used to (but I plan on drinking more starting now lol) But I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion from other insanity goers. I also plan on making a Drs appointment for next week (I work all this week).

Great job! I like the commitment and determination you're showing by saying you're changing stuff from here on out! If you can, try and get back to the banana or almonds before working out! And its good that you decided to make an appt. too!

How are you keeping yourself accountable if you don't mind me asking?
