Level 1 to Level 3 Meal Plan
Level 1 to Level 3 Meal Plan

Hi everybody!

I've been doing P90X for 4 weeks and I'm about to enter phase 2. My BF is somewhere around 8~9% and, for now, I'm preety satisfied with that. Lost 3.5 inches of belly, wich is awesome for me, and now my waist is something like 30 inches - I've reached my goal.

I'm relatively fit already and I'd like gain lean muscle but I'm feeling to skin already (65 inches height | 142 pounds). So, I woudn't like to lose any more wheight. I was in level 1 until now (1800 calories).

My question is: I was about to attempt to a level 3 meal plan (3000 calories/day) in fase 2 in order to gain muscle. Is this ok for you guys?

Thank you for any advice...

I've got one more question: I entered phase 2 with a level 3 meal plan, as I stated above. That's ok. However, as I said, I'm trying to bulk/gain muscle. Should I choose Energy Booster or Endurance Maximyzer? I know I should trust the program, but... The reason I'm asking this is because it seems to me that the amount of protein in the Energy Booster level 3 meal plan is too high for a person like me, even in "bulking mode" (remember, I'm not a big guy). I was thinking about skipping straight to Endurance Maximyzer meal plan (maitaining the 90 days training plan, of course) in order to raise my carbs and low the proteins a little bit. Or maybe keep the Energy Booster in a level 2 meal plan though, throughout the next 30 days and then switch to a level 3 meal plan in the last 30 days/Endurance Maximyzer.

What would you guys advise?

They're really not that far apart. Just play around with your macros until you find a blend that works for your goals. Congratulations on your terrific success.
