Hi,
I just got my Turbo Fire package and I'm really excited but I'm not sure where to start it.
Do I need to do the prep schedule that's in the book or do I go to the schedule printed separately?

Well that all depends! What is your current fitness level?! Have you been exercising/working out regularly already? Whet kind of exercising do you fo and how long do you spend each day? (eg. 3 days a week, 30 mins a day, cardio) Did you get the starter pack (with fire starter)? Have you done her Turbo Jam (that helps a lot!!)
Turbo Fire is an amazing program! It is intense, but can be modified! There is a prep schedule in the book, as well as, the 12 or 20 week schedule.
Chalene has Alee, in every class, modifying the entire program

She also provides a new to class option for all the Fire classes in order to get a sneak peek at the entire workout, where she slows it down to show you the moves

There are so many great things about Chalene and Turbo Fire.. You just need to know where your fitness level is at and know to modify when you need to, and take rests when you need to, and progress at YOUR own level!
