Hello, I am in need of help. I have been doing the P90 Beachbody work outs for almost seven weeks now and I have not lost one pound. My clothes fit exactly the same as they did when I started. Instead I have hurt my left knee and my body is sore and stiff from the workouts. My left knee locks on me and I find myself having pain in my calf. It is not so bad that I can't walk. I have been wearing a knee stabilizer during workouts and icing my knee afterwards. I would love to move to the advanced workouts but I am afraid to since my body seems to be sore and stiff. I would have thought that after almost seven weeks that the soreness and stiffness would decrease. I just don't know what I am doing wrong. I don't want to give up on this but I feel like if I am not seeing any results maybe this is not for me. Can anyone provide any help or advice? It would be much appreciated.emoticon

I feel your frustration! First of all your body is asking for some rest. I am worried about your knee - do you have prior issues? Seen your doctor?

How is your nutrition? This can be imperative to results. Do you track? What is your goal overall?
We are here to help you! Happy to help with any questions. Let me know these things are going.

Cheers!
Christina

No I have never had a problem with my knees before. I used to exercise 5 days a week for an hour on a treadmill. I lost a lot of weight but that was 10 years ago. I am having pain in my left knee on the left side just underneath the knee in the upper calf area. I have not been to the doctor for it since i figured they would tell me to do what I have been doing which is icing it and keeping it stabilized. I suppose I may have strained something. Not sure what you mean by "TRACKING" but I have been doing the 1-2 p90 exercises for seven weeks straight I wonder if maybe I should just cut it back to 3 days a week instead of 6. As far as my diet is concerned, I have not changed anything about my eating habits. That is probably my big issue. I don't know what to eat. I thought about trying ediets since I heard they had a 1200 calorie a day plan. Having a set meal plan would really work for me because I hate trying to decide what to eat all the time.
