I recently purchased the Low HIIT 20 and Low HIIT 25 workouts and I was wondering if you can do them on back to back days. In the original program, Chalene recommended that HIIT workouts should not be completed on consecutive days. Since these workouts are low impact, can they be done on back to back days?

hi brenda

have you done this type of training before? I think it depends on your current fitness level. If you are just starting out and haven't worked out in a while, try doing them every other day. If you are already in great shape you might want to try 5 or 6 days a week with a rest day or two or cross train and do something else on your rest days.

Hello,

I have just purchsed the Turbo Fire Advanced Classes workout program which has the 4 DVDs. There was not a workout schedule that came with this package so how do I know what DVDs to do each day? I have done the Insanity workout program twice and that is why I purchased the Turbo Fire Advanced.

you should be able to access the schedule through WOWY.

If you don't have any luck that way let me know and I can email you a pic of the schedule that came with mine.
