I started insanity a week agao and am doing really well. However, I tend to get discouraged when i don't see results. Especially when I have done things in the past and seen no results. Any idea when they will start showing?

well the results will come if your doing what your supposed to do which is digging deep in the workouts and following nutrition guide. so if you are following that nutrition guide then i promise that you will see the results you want. in the 90 days ive been doing insanity ive lost 50+ pounds and im still going! by the end of week 2 you will see results. dont worry about the scale to much though because your going to be putting on a lot of muscle and the muscle weighs more then the fat your burning. just stick with it!

Hi!! emoticon Congrats on starting Insanity!! I am glad its going well. You WILL start seeing results. Most people will see the Best results on month 2, but you should see improvement in your fit tests as well as inches and pounds lost as you go along. Following the nutrition plan is essential. What is your goal? What made you start Insanity?

Did you take photos before and measure?? That was key for me seeing my results. I traded so much fat for muscle that my scale didn't move much but my body was definetly changing. The better you follow the nutrition guide, the better your results will be. Keep us posted on how you are doing. I am currently on my 2nd round of insanity, about to start month2.

I did take before photos. I'm almost done with week 4 now, and the scale hasnt dropped at all. I CAN tell I'm building a lot more muscle though. I'm hoping that i'll drop some weight in month 2. I weighed 165 when i started, and i'd like to go down about twenty pounds. Fingers crossed!

I was in your same boat. The first month I didn't see any results. Then I really decided to dial in my nutrition and track everything I ate. Combining that with the more intense workouts of month 2 I lost 17 lbs. So I think month 2 itself will challenge your body more, but the focus on nutrition is key.
