I completed P90X and lost around 11 pounds which was my goal (175 lbs to 164 lbs) - I am 5' 10". I am currently in my 6th week for P90X/Insanity hybrid program and have lost another 5 lbs. I am floating around 159 'ish. I don't want to lose anymore weight -- I guess this is a good problem to have.

I eat reasonably well and try to stay away from junk food. I am not looking for a big change to my diet. However, I want to build a little more muscle and stay around 160 lbs.

I would like to incorporate regular foods into my diet and am not interested in supplements where they are a monthly annunity to my pocket. Again, I am looking for a little change and nothing radical. This could be making sure I have steak 1 night a week or making sure I eat x.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How many calories a day are you eating now and are you tracking them in a journal or my fitness pal. It sounds like you have to add more calories to your diet each day are you doing the three meals a day and having a snack or two, I am eating five times a day, three meals and two snacks and coming up around 2250 calories or so. I would look into adding calorie dense foods to your diet, such as nuts and nut butters. They have a good amount of calories and good fats that will help you get the calories that you need to maintain your weight and the fats can help with gaining some mass.

I do eat three solid meals each day. Also, I will tend to have a snack like a grandola bar from nature valley. Not sure on the total calories, but I bet it is in the 2,000 or so range. As you pointed out I probably do not get enough calories on certain days. I don't track calories and probably will not make the effort on that front. Maybe if it is a simple iPhone app.

I do like the idea of including nuts and nut butters in my diet. This is something I like and it is not too difficult to incorporate.

After Insanity Max Interval Circuit today I my weight dropped to 158.7. I need to turn some of this losing weight to muscle. I don't want to lose anymore weight. By the way, that workout is extreme!!!!! It really burns calories.

Any additional suggestions on a specific food/nutrition items?
