I'm doing the classic turbojam as my primary workout (I also do brazilbuttlift) and I've been doing this program for a week (I fell off the wagon awhile ago and gained all the weight I had lost back) and so far I've lost 5 pounds. Definitely one of the funnest workouts I've ever done (sometimes I forget its even a workout at all). When I initially started turbo jam (a couple years ago) I was a junior in High School I lost 80lbs doing turbojam so i could fit into my prom dress

it's quickly become one of my favorite programs
