After training block 1 long time off
I completed training block 1 of P90X three weeks ago and because of power loss from hurricane Sandy and a bit of laziness I have yet to start training block 2 of P90X. Since it has been three weeks should I start all over again or just start block 2 and don't worry about it? Andrew

Hello Andrew,

That's a great question. You might want to do 1 week of Block 1 and then move into Block 2. It really just depends on your fitness level. 3 weeks off is not to terribly bad, you'll just be sore for your first week.

It doesn't matter. The 90-day program is designed to change the routines every month so that you don't get stale. The third month changes the routines more frequently.

You need to do the 3 months consecutively to get the full benefit of the program, so you're looking at 90 days from when you start.

If you start with month 2, go back and repeat month 1, then finish with month 3.

If you start with month 1, just follow the whole program in sequence.

Good morning!

If it doesn't bother you to start over again, I would do that. If you didn't want to start over, I would recommend doing at least 1 or 2 weeks of Month 1 before going into Month 2. You want to take advantage of the Muscle Confusion as best you can. I hope you were not too affected by hurricane Sandy!
