Max interval circuit is no joke!
WOW!!! I am amazed at this work out. Now I understand why month two for insanity is crunch time. Shinedown, You should be proud because I almost dropped down permanently with the suicide abs and full body drills. They were really tough. This is a very intense work out. I believe that you need all the energy you can get for this!! good thing I ate plenty of protein today!!!! =) DAY 1 of month two completed. I hope the rest will be as good as today!!! wheeeew. # Feeling like a beast but knees are suffering. emoticon

Rock on! Good job Diggin' Deep on day 1 of Month 2! Aren't MAX routines a wonderful change of pace? Haha emoticon You are just bursting at the seams with excitement and motivation! I can feel it through the computer haha. With your energy, I am sure you are going to crush Month 2! emoticon

You're right - Max Interval is no joke but just think about the results you're going to get. Great job with Month 1, push hard Month 2, and you could be one of those Beachbody Success Stories after 60 Days.

Keep up the good work, keep pushing play, and the results will keep coming!!!

thank you!!!!!!!!!!! Max Plyo was even MORE intense..Holy.....cow. MORE PUSH UPS. ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME WHO DOESN'T HAVE A TON OF UPPER BODY STRENGTH YET TO GET THROUGH THESE? =)

Your right about the amount of push-ups in that workout and so many different variations as well. As you do that workout more often, you will get better. Don't be afraid to modify the push-ups by using your knees if you need to. Also you may need to go at a slower pace than Shaun T where you'll be doing less reps but just try to do each move for the full amount of time.

As with all of these Insanity workouts, push yourself as hard as you can and but take a break when you need to. You see the people in the video constantly taking breaks along the way. Each week I tried to go longer and longer before taking a break or you can pick a person from the cast and make it a goal to not take a break until after they do.

Just know that these push-ups are going to make you stronger and move you closer to your goals. Good luck and let me know if I can help in any way.
