Hello all, I am new to this message board and teambeachbody. I started my Insanity program for the second time and was intrigued by the Shakeology ad after the workout. I'm curious to hear any feedback from people who have actually used the product. Is it worth the money? How much will it improve my workout/daily nutrition? Any advice is appreciated. THANKS!

It's a good product. It's more important to spend the money on whole foods first before considering Shakeology, IMO.

As far as it being worth the money, that depends upon perspective. Meaning, how much expendable cash does a person have?

It will improve your daily nutrition dramticaly, IMO.

The biggest thing it did for me was my digestive system. I've had irrital bowel syndrome my entire life and it's gone. No signs. Pretty big deal for me.

Thanks for the reply with the link. Looks like your wife persuaded me to go with it. I'm not a fan of swallowing pills and my wife obviously insists on me taking multivitamins. This supplement looks to be purely beneficial.

I used Shakeology with my first round of Insanity and continue to use it today. You can look at the ingredient list and automatically tell that it will be the healthiest thing you can put into your body each day. I'm a picky eater so this product made it so much easier for me to eat healthier.

Also, it is so easy to prepare. I make mine in the morning and drink it during my commute to work.

As for the cost, if you use it as a meal replacement than the costs are off-set by what you would have bought for the meal anyways.

Shakeology has a bottom-of-the-bag guarantee so you really can't go wrong. I recommend you talk to your Coach about it, give it a 30-day trial, and see if you see/feel some results.
