Your cals are too low....you should be between 1600-1800. Inches will come off. Depending how your weight it is, sometimes it will shift......upper ab area to lower....this is common after 1 month or so. Be happy you lost the lbs. and keep working hard. I would look at your nutrition though.......I think you need to up your cals, as your body will go into starvation mode and self cannibalize.

That's why I asked. It definately sounds like your body is self cannibalizing. Losing weight but not inches. Should be the opposite. Sounds like you're retaining fat and losing muscle. Body is probably retaining water as well.
Coach Jeff is spot on. Increase your calories. Make sure you're getting plenty of protein as well.
You don't want the "skinny fat" look.
