that way you could get back at it once the doc releases you. I would try doing it at a slower pace till you pick up the moves....I know Turbo Jam can be quite a fast pace in most of the videos. Also try watching the lady that is modifying the moves too. I hope this helps. Enjoy your rest. Carlie

Well, thought I was starting off really good, but now I wound up with a injury yet again... not sure if it was do to the workouts? or during the days I go outside to do my run/walk? I 5k that I did on November 11th? but by the weekend of 17th/18th I had the most terrible leg pain that kept me up all night the 18th this past Monday and Tuesday I wasn't sure if I dislocated my hip or if I ripped the muscles /tendon in my thigh? or it could be a pinched nerve.. the Xray's showed that at least I don't have Bursitis or a disclocated hip...actually my bones are in Excellent shape, no arthritis either. but my thigh does feel like I tore a major muscle or tendon... so It's Rest and recovery time no workouts, no running...just rest. Doctor's orders for the next 2 weeks. I'm just exercise accident prone I guess?
