Hey everyone! Just finished my 6th day of insanity... Still feeling weak but able to move a bit faster. The ski Jumps and ski abs were killing me... Planking strength is minimal! Nutrition has been rough I do well for half of the day then cave! But quick question, I'm supposed to rest tomorrow but I'm going out of town Friday... Is it bad if I skip my rest so I can have Friday as my rest? Please share your thoughts
