i began turbo fire on june 2012, i loved it !! but in august 2012 we decided to moves, so i began to let go on my training, now it's now november and i'm very busy with work, school and everything else, i work 5 days a week and i go to school 5 days a week so that make 16 hours shifts begining at 7:00 am and ending at midnight. So i just have my week-end to finish my school wor, to the groceries, relax a bit, socialize and having time with my boyfriend, i try to eat good food and i do my best but, i really miss training and i feel exhausted, i feel also like i'm getting fat...at the end of december i'll be on holiday and i already dream about trainning again the only problem it's that it will only last for a month than i'll be back to school. I'm getting very nervous also because i'm getting married in less than a year and i want to feel awesome by my wedding. Does anyone have a great solution for me ?

Is it realistic to consider loosing 1 hour of sleep to train early morning, i really want to train again !

Hey Melissa - sounds like your busy life is adding the bad stress to your body, taking out the sleep and rest your body needs may make it worse. You mentioned your boyfriend...can he do the groceries for you or take on some things to help you out? Make time for you even if it means your socializing is cut down! One hour less of sleep is something only you and your body will/can agree upon, test it out for a week or two, eat clean and give your body the nutrients it requires and you may find it willing to work with you emoticon

Is there a gym at the school? When I was in college, I had plenty of time to work out in between classes. If you can't, you may just want to focus on your nutrition. You definately dont want to sleep for only 5 hours per night, you'll burn yourself out.

Good luck!
