Hey Melissa - sounds like your busy life is adding the bad stress to your body, taking out the sleep and rest your body needs may make it worse. You mentioned your boyfriend...can he do the groceries for you or take on some things to help you out? Make time for you even if it means your socializing is cut down! One hour less of sleep is something only you and your body will/can agree upon, test it out for a week or two, eat clean and give your body the nutrients it requires and you may find it willing to work with you
