First, congrats on making it halfway!
So, during the push month, I gained 2 lbs and did "bulk" a little. But by week 2 of the lean month, all those problems had disappeared.
I would say, you made it this far, stick with it and trust the program.
I am pear-shaped, so my legs became more muscular and I had a hard time getting in my pants during push...but week 2 of the lean month fixed all that. I also did Insanity - but made it only 6 weeks - I would say CE did not bulk them up, but I did see more definition after CE.
I only lost about 1.5 inches in my chest over the whole 90 days, but I am not really chest heavy, so I don't have a real answer for you for that. (I went from a 38C to a 36

. My shoulders looked much better when I was done with CE.
If you want a little extra chest work or are really concerned - switch to the lean circuit cardio tape, extreme abs and get lean intervals. There are a few more chest exercises on these and you will get more of a "total" body workout - I got bored with burn intervals and burn it off and found switching was really helpful.
Try doing the push workouts with these workouts for the rest of the month and see if that helps you out.
