Hey all!

[Edited by CSBB5] I would love to get to know more people and become more accountable and encourage others to stay fit and healthy!

I am nearing the end of Turbo Fire and would like to start a challenge group using the page for everyone to communicate easier. I left it open - don't know if I want to try Insanity or Rev Abs or what next!

Hoping to start January 7 - would anyone like to join me and my page?! emoticon

Why not try insanity next? I'd love to do it with you... let's gather a group and commit to insanity. I need the motivation to stick to it. When will you be done with Turbo Fire?

I don't want to wait until January to start though, although I'd love to still join you then. I want to start insanity ASAP.

Hey! I believe I finish Turbo Fire December 2! The one and only thing stopping me from starting another program on the 3rd is that I'm flying home for a couple weeks around Christmas and it would be a little difficult to see everyone and try to keep up a workout program - plus my grandparents don't have a DVD player. emoticon I was just planning to keep up Turbo Fire and do what workouts I can when I am home, run or what not, and eat healthy.

Otherwise I am still leaning back and forth from Insanity and ChaLEAN extreme. I have a co-worker who will be joining me - it's her first program and she hasn't worked out in a while....so she's really intimidated to start Insanity but is really open to ChaLEAN.

Whatever is decided - I would love to join you in a workout program too! It's more enjoyable with buddies!

I haven't worked out in a while as well honestly. I will look up ChaLEAN now and see if I should start with that first.

And yes! I absolutely need the motivation. I stay at home a lot and so committing to a program with buddies, even if its just online, would help.
