Insanity is intense. My tips, forget the people on the screen, they have 6-pack abs and 6% body fat and they need breaks, don't worry about keeping up with them. Just do your best, take breaks when you need them (and you will), modify any moves you have to, press play every day and have fun.

Thanks for the advice. So far the first 4 days have definetly mad my legs sore but I feel like I'm working towards becoming in better shape.
