Just did my fit test in which i smashed my original and 2nd scores, however straight away went to do the max interval circuit and 10-15 mins in i had to stop, my body was completely done, has anyone else had this problem? as i do think to fit test then the max circuit straight after eachother is MENTAL and tough, however i only have around 2 hours free to do insanity each day, so feels like im already behind in my 2nd month now haven't completed that

Any views or feedback appreciated

Hey there,

I would do the fit test early in the morning and separate the workouts. Fortunately, the fit test is really short.. Like 15 minutes if I remember correctly. It's normal to be totally gassed at the end of Interval Circuit after the fit test. It's a tough workout!

I always did them separately. I would suggest starting tomorrow with the Max Interval Circuit since you only did 10min of it today. Just act like today was your fit test and you got a taste of the circuit!

In the future, if you hate doing them together (I did), then just do the Fit test on your rest day, the day before you workouts for the week start. That's what I did to keep them separate, because I knew I wouldn't have time to separate them the same day.

Keep pushing play, good job getting to Month 2! You are doing great!
