I have been doing 2 Insanity workouts, consecutively, every other day. I am wondering if I need to do the warm-up at the beginning of the next video or if I can skip right into the workout, past the stretches, or if I should continue to do them even though I've already began to workout.

If you're doing 2 workouts back to back you can absolutely skip the second workout. But I'm curious, why are you doubling up every other day?

My work schedule is crazy so some days I can't workout at all where others I have time to double up. Some weeks I get 3 or 4 days in and others I'm lucky to get 2 or 3 days in. I am hoping this will keep the few results I have gotten thus far and hopefully bring on some more. I have also started incorporating other workout programs so some days I may workout for 2 hours but it is with Insanity and one or two other programs.

I would be just careful of overtraining. What is your goal?

I would like to lose belly fat, though even with all the months of insanity and other programs I have yet to be successful. I have toned up in other areas though.

Yeah, I would skip the warm up in the second workout definitely. Make sure you are eating enough to compensate for all those calories you are burning so you don't bonk. Are you?

I try to keep track of calories but typically fail. I'm pretty sure that I am eating 2000 calories though. I eat the same foods almost everyday and use to keep track.
