My work schedule is crazy so some days I can't workout at all where others I have time to double up. Some weeks I get 3 or 4 days in and others I'm lucky to get 2 or 3 days in. I am hoping this will keep the few results I have gotten thus far and hopefully bring on some more. I have also started incorporating other workout programs so some days I may workout for 2 hours but it is with Insanity and one or two other programs.
I would be just careful of overtraining. What is your goal?
