I am a person with horrible posture due to a bad back and not bendable at all. I do my best but some things i can not do without hurting my back. Question is, is there anything i can be doing instead of the yoga. I cant fully dive into it because i cant or (currently struggle with) doing alot of the moves. I was wondering if there was anything i can substitute it with, if its fully necessary, and or some tips or tricks. Id appreciate the info. Thanks
Hi! When did you start P90X? How many times have you tried the yoga? I definitely would not do the moves you cannot do with your bad back and I would check with your doctor. I would do the moves you can do as Yoga is important for flexibity. It would be helpful to know which moves are difficult to give you tips. As far as subbing- options are more stretching, some people do cardioX. Are you doing classic?
