I change my Phase from classic to lean. I want to work on cardio and Core more.
Is that ok or I should wait?

P.S. I lost 5 pounds my first week emoticon

After only one week, you should be fine. Just to warn you, you want more cardio, but even though Lean is one extra day Cardio, they do't use Plyo which is the hardest Cardio disc in the stack. I'm sure you can add it in yourself in place of another cardio disc if you want to burn.

Since it's your first week, it's ok. But if you were any deeper in the program, I'd stay start over.

I'm doing "lean" it's great for wieght loss. I'm on week 10 and I've lost 19 lbs. I don't think it should be a problem because you are only on week one! Just remember your diet is the most important part of the program. And I've notice as you go along your weight loss slow down a little, as you get skinnier it starts to tighten up but you want see it as much on the scale. Make sure to take measurements!!! Those show true results!! Good Luck!!!

I agree on that! Adding Plyo in the Lean Version is awesome when you wanna shed more ! Even though they made this version for the new to fitness and also to have it lower impact ...
