Pure Cardio from Insanity and Body Beast's Bulk Shoulders are a great pairing!
I do the cardio first (because I find that Beast has a very limited warm up) and that means I was already drenched and limber for shoulders. A little extra warm up stretch and then I dove into Shoulders. And almost immediately had to remind myself that I am not actually a superhero

Lateral raises are great moves to kill my ego. I can do them, just not as heavy as I keep thinking. Still I got the 20lbs going with good form so I am improving.
And the moment I got on the floor to do the superman stretch and plank twist-twist, my cat Twitch dove under my belly to try and play with the strings of my shorts. Well, there's some great motivation to keep my back straight and core tight: don't want to fall and kill my cat!
On the wedding front- we have a day picked out and my internal count down has started... I still have a year and 7 months to get ready, and I am going to rock a column/sheath style dress. By that time I should have the body shape I have been working so hard for, and I will be showing it off, but tastefully. It's a summer wedding, and I've decided on barefoot under my dress

And flowers in my hair. Sometimes I wonder if I was a hippie in my past life...
