Yeah, sucked... out for at least a week... what have others done on the program... do I start over from week one, go back to week 6 recovery, or drive on from where I stopped?

Depends how your back is right now. If not 100% try the recovery, if you feel fighting fit you could carry on if you've only been out one week.
