Turbofire and Insanity hybrid?
Turbofire and Insanity hybrid?

Hello Members of BeachBody Forums!

I'm planning to do Turbofire in the morning and insanity in the afternoon. Is there any suggestions you guys can give me? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Also I was wondering will I get faster results or even better results?

P.S. I'm looking for some good motivation to keep me going! So if anyone can help me by being my coach that would be awesome!

Hey Austin!

Wow--you are going to be a CARDIO MACHINE!!! emoticon I recommend doing a hybrid of the two workouts (1 workout a day unless it's 2 short workouts) so you don't wear your muscles out and risk an injury. Your diet is also going to get you the MAX results. It's 70-80% your results!! Do you know how many calories you should be eating? If not, I can help you calculate them emoticon

I sent you a friend request so that I can send you the hybrid I used. I LOVED it because it was really intense and something new each day. I think you will see really great results if you are consistent with it and follow the nutrition guidelines in Insanity and TurboFire (they are almost identical). I was able to get to my goal weight and drop 5 inches with the programs. I'd love to help you as your coach as well if you haven't been able to get into contact with yours already. I host an accountability group where we share recipes, meal plans, tips, workouts, progress, motivation, questions, etc. and also host a monthly challenge & giveaway for free clients. Would that be something you'd like?

Once you accept my buddy request I will send you a message with the hybrid for you to look at....I don't think we are suppose to post outside links on the boards & it's too big to copy and paste. emoticon

Talk to you soon!

I would caution against doing doubles, especially every day and the same heavy cardio that both programs are.

there are some awesome hybrids that only have you working out once a day, I'm sure Sorey's will be great. I would just really think hard before going into full out doubles every day, you're really opening yourself up for injury that way.
