Congrats on starting your blog! i love your backdrop!! I also blog (soreyfitness.com) and think it helps keep me more accountable especially with my diet! I'm like "What if my readers knew I was going to eat a hamburger" each time I have a craving!! LOL!
How do you like Insanity? Is this your first time doing Insanity? Do you have an accountability group to help you stay accountable through the holidays? Do you go home for Thanksgiving? My whole family gets together, and we end up having 3 dinners (EEK!!) Then after that it's a bunch of weird/fattening foods so having a group of people that are also eating healthy and working out really helps me stay accountable! If you don't have a group, I can add you to ours--it's a lot fun we share tips, meal plans, recipes, questions, progress, etc. Have you decided what you will eat? I have a few meal plans if you need ideas--I do a 90/10 approach because I can't go 100% no chips EVERYDAY.
