body beast supplements body beast - first round

Hi everyone, I am getting ready to start Body Beast. I have now completed P90X and P90X2 back to back and looking forward to this new challenge. I have purchased all the reccommended supplememts for the Beast I am just curious what the best times and ways to take them are? Should i mix them all together at the same time after my workouts? Should i alsoix them with my shakeology? Any other advice/info on Body Beast would be great! Thank you in advance!!

Yeah...we should talk. I just finished Body Beast this weekend and I had great restults....but, I just used my Shakeology as the protein portion of my BEAST SHAKE along with Fuel Shot and Ground Up Oats for carb portions. You want a 4 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein in your beast shake. I also took Super Suma one hour before workout along with a pre-workout mix...and I ate like a rabid dog throughout the entire program eventually eating 4000 calories per day.

Wow thats pretty awesome man! I read your tranformation and it sound very similar to what i have going on. I also completed 2 complete rounds of P90x &X2 and lost 30-35lbs and now want to build some mass back. Any info would be awesome that you could help me out with, I am starting Beast today and really looking forward to it. I am currently 5'-9" and 130lbs not much fat left at all after doing the X's. I am small/medium frame build and want to build up. Thanks agian

Also... I typically always put a banana in my shakeology. I am wondering the banana should have around 40-50g of carbs, should i still puts some oats in also?Did you take the creatine ? I have. Creatine, shakeology, beast shake, super suma, fuel shot, and just trying to figure what combinations taken at which times are going to be the most benificial.

Wow, I just took a few minutes ( prolly should have done that before the last 2 replies i sent to you lol) and read all of your posts in your thread, you definatley have system in place and you can definatley tell that its working. Congrats man you have really kicked ass! I am looking forward to any/all info i can get from you. Its pretty cool to find someone who is dedicated like yourself, as most of my friends all think im crazy being 30yrs old and waking up and busting my ass everyday haha. I still dont know what motivated me in the begining to start p90x but I am so glad that I did, and when I made the committment I never took one day off or skipped a workout, even when i continued onto X2, so I am dedicated also and will definatley put your advice to work.

I would love to Coach you through Body Beast and have your Body Beast Success story (maybe on my website). You seem real motivated to reach your goals. You are already taking beachbody supplements, maybe more than you need, but enough to be my client..ha ha. emoticon
