Insanity workout schedule change question
Because of my work schedule, I can only work out 3 days in a row and then I have to work the next 3 days and cannot work out at all.

My question is should I modify the Insanity Workout schedule at all to maximize results?

Should I skip the "Cardio Recovery" days since I get 3 days off in a row every week?

Please dont tell me to "find time" or "make time" during those 3 work days, because it cannot happen.

Thanks

JLX

Make time!! ;)

Just kidding. If it's physically impossible for you to workout those three days, I would just extend the program. It's meant for 5 days a week minimum. Can you do 4 days a week?

I work a 3 on - 3 off, 16 hour day. So using a typical 7 day Monday - Sunday schedule isn't really the issue. The actual days of the weeks don't matter, but I can only work out 3 days in a row, then I have to take 3 days off to work.

So I think I will skip the Cardio Recovery workouts and just keep following the order of the rest of the schedule, unless of course I feel like taking a "light day."

And double up the workouts? No thanks, one a day is plenty!
