this will be my 1st beachbody program. I am pretty much at my goal weight and i am not sure what this program is going to do for me. I have only done 30day shred and ripped in 30 before, so i am only familiar with jm dvd's.

any info anyone can give me on this would be appreciated, what kind of results should i expect being so close to my goal

Hi Lin! emoticon Congrats are getting started with your first program! SI6 is great! I have done JM's dvds too. What is your goal? What made you decide to pick SI6?

The program is an easy-to-follow blend of fat-burning cardio and sculpting moves. It’s a combination of cardio, calisthenics, and weight-bearing exercise will burn calories.

When you get the program, I recommend reading over the nutrition guide as well as the workout guide. There will be a schedule.

What specific quetsions do you have?

thanks for responding to me! Well i am not a hard core exerciser and i am needing something different for exercise to get me motivated again. I think i was getting bored of JM which was making me slack off a whole lot more... so i have been looking at a few beach body programs and this one was in my price range. I am planning on saving up for les mills pump for the new year. My goal is really to shed only 5 more lbs max and to tighten up a bit more. i just want to look a bit more fit, not just skinny fat...but i don't have the time or dedication to really give it my all to a total strength program. I really want to shed a few more inches off but nothing major. I have a new years beach vacation coming up that i am hoping to be in the best shape i can be, that i haven't been in for years. i am only 5.2 ft and started at 142 and now bounce around between 120-123 and i would like my goal weight to be around 118 and bounce around to 120 and looking slimmer in general.... I am comfortable with me current size but since i gain weight so easily i have to stay on top of it all the time, so i don't start to creep upwards again and not realize it. So starting a new program will i hope give me that new DEDICATION to do 5-6 days a week and focus on my health. Since i know the results won't be huge, i am still anxious on what kind of results i will get doing it like a challenge for myself like i did with 30ds and pin30 when i did those.
