you have to keep working! i promise you finish these 60 days and your going to be like wow i cant believe how much ive improved. i went from 280 lbs and having to jog during some of the exercises and taking lil breaks to 220 lbs and being able to do everything and even get more reps then ppl in the videos on some, and taking less breaks then some in 90 days. and im still going.
